Sekisui Polymatech (Thailand) Co., Ltd is the manufacturer of Thermal conductive solutions. We provide high quality thermal conductive material for heat management application in LiB 2W, 3W & 4W batteries, EV chargers, ESS, BMS etc. We provide thermal conductive pads, grease and potting materials. These products are silicone based and epoxy based as shown in the below image.

1. Thermal Conductive Sheet:

Our thermal conductive sheets are popular by the name of TIMLIGHTTM. This thermal dissipation sheet offers flexibility and adhesion, with excellent conformity to uneven surfaces.

It reduces the load on heat sources and enclosures.

It provides excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and thermal conductivity.

  • • Thermal conductivity from 0.8 W/m.K to 5 W/m.K.
  • • Hardness “shore 00” range: 8 - 70
  • • Compressibility: 50%

  1. 1 . The sheet offers flexibility, providing excellent adhesion and conformity to heat sources and cooling components.
  2. 2 . The binder uses silicone, offering excellent stability in physical and electrical properties across a wide temperature range.

  4. 4 . The low molecular cyclic siloxane is carefully controlled at a very low level (≦70ppm).
  5. 5 . We offer a variety of grades with high thermal conductivity, excellent physical properties, and options such as single-layer (both sides tack), two-layer (one side low tack), and electromagnetic wave absorption, allowing us to meet a wide range of customer requirements.

2. Thermal Conductive Grease:

Our thermal conductive grease CGWTM is silicone based 2 component grease with wide range of thermal conductivity. This heat-dissipating grease cures at room temperature by mixing two liquid components. The use of silicone as the binder provides excellent stability over a wide range of temperatures. Variety of material thermal conductivities and hardness, and electromagnetic wave absorption types are available.

Features:
  1. 1 . When mixed and applied, it is in paste form, making it easy to follow uneven surfaces of the application area, which optimes thermal resistance.
  2. 2 . After curing, it is extremely flexible with adhesive properties, providing excellent adhesion and adherence to heat-generating and cooling components and relieving stress caused by differences in thermal expansion variations.
  3. 3 . A variety of thermal conductivity and hardness grades, along with electromagnetic wave absorption grades, are available to meet various requirements.
  4. 4 . Beads can also be added for adjustments to minimum film thickness (BLT.) Please contact us for more details.
  5. 5 . Room temperature storage is possible. No need for refrigerated or frozen storage as is the case with general-purpose one-component curable greases.
  6. 6 . CGW™ has no reaction by-products from curing.
